Indoor is Safer!

Come Join the GatSplat Summer League!



Our spring, summer and fall leagues have been a huge success! We've got about 45 people shooting it up every Thursday night in a 5 on 5 competition style game. Each player gets 8 games a night. And all 8 weeks - only 100 bucks. It's been so popular that we're going to do it again! The next one starts July 10th.


We are going to meet every Thursday for 8 weeks from 6:30pm until 9:30pm, and the first night we will set up the teams with one advanced player on each team. Then we will assign intermediate and beginner players to each team as well. This will give us a nice mix of talent on each team. The goal of this league is to have fun! And learn! The advanced players will captain the teams and coach the less experienced players on techniques and moves to help improve them throughout the series. Games will run 5 on 5 with a capture the flag format.
But there is more than just fun.

There are prizes!

Each night we will have drawings for door prizes... squeegies, bags of paint, free entry coupons, pods, etc. But we are also going to have some bigger prizes. But the way they will be handed out is a bit out of the ordinary. We will auction off prizes at the end of the league using Poker Chips you will win throughout the series!


The way it works is when you show up for each Thursday, we'll give you a poker chip. Every game your team wins - each member of the team will receive another poker chip. If you are still standing at the end of any game - win or loose, you get another chip. If you are the one that hangs the flag... you get a chip.

Now you ask, what do you do with the chips. You buy stuff. At the end of the 8 week league, we're going to put a bunch of things up for auction. "How many poker chips will you give for a Halo B V35? Do I hear 10.. 10, 15, can I get 20? Sold to the guy in the blue Proto Jersey. Next up for auction is an Empire Jersey. Can I get a starting bid of 20?"

Feel free to pool your chips with your friends and bid on the biggest prizes! And guess what. You may also use your chips on the nights we open up for Free Agency trading. Want to swap the intermediate player on your team for an intermediate player on another? No problem. But you may have to pony up 15 chips to get him. Everyone kick in 3 chips!

Full of education, fun, prizes - just a great time for everyone who participates. It's the one league where everyone leaves a winner.
