Dallas Birthday Parties Ideas
So now you are trying to figure out if Paintball Parties are a good idea? How much? Etc...
Paintball Birthday Parties - Pricing
Our new pricing structure makes calculating Birthday Parties much easier! We've put together all inclusive pricing for paintball birthday parties for groups up to 10 paintball players, and for birthday parties of 10 or more. These prices include entry and unlimited time for your birthday parties. Unlike other fields that limit you to a 2 hour, or 3 hour block, your Gatsplat Paintball Birthday Parties can go as long as you want. All the Paintball equipment, including the Paintball Marker (aka Paintball gun), hopper, tank, unlimited air fills, safety helmet / goggles, and 300 paintballs. Obviously, if your planning longer birthday parties, the kids may want additional paintballs, and they are available in quantities as low as 100 at a time, through cases of 2000. All the pricing can be found on our Pricing Page.
For smaller groups , this paintball party package is just $34.99 per person. If 10 or more, just $29.99 per person.
Some Points to Remember!
There is no minimum age for paintball parties, but any player below the age of 18 will need a signed parental consent form. You can find that on our Forms Page. And kids need to be mature enough to follow the safety rules, and large enough to handle the equipment. Normally about 10 or so is a good age. Tell all the kids invited to the birthday parties to dress in loose fitting, comfortable clothes with full coverage - and a bit of padding is good. For example sweatshirts or hooded sweatshirts work out great. And since we are in indoor air conditioned facility - they can wear the proper protection without over heating!
If any of the kids, or parents have any questions, just point them to our pages, and invite them to give us a call if they need any additional information.
You Pick the Day and Time for your Paintball Parties!
Need to hold your Paintball Birthday Party on a Tuesday afternoon?
Wednesday at 8pm? Or maybe Wednesday morning? No Problem! We are
not open to the public during the week and we can schedule private
paintball birthday parties any time you want to go. The standard
pricing applies no matter what size group, plus whatever they
need in the way of additional paint. To open up during non-business
hours we have a $200 fee, but that is waived if you have a group
of 20 or more. And again feel free to cater in any food and drink
you want to make your birthday parties a celebration to remember!
A few of the common Questions
we get about parties!
Can we bring our own food?
Sure! No problem. In fact we have the numbers here to Domino's and Pizza Hut and Romeo's Pizza Pasta and Subs all who deliver here free. And bring in a cake, chips, a cooler of water or soda... We are here to sell fun! Not food! We do have vending machines with soda, water, and sports drinks, and vending for chips and candy, but no problem bringing in what you want... (but no alcohol).
What if we only have a very small group?
No problem. Come on down, and we'll just get your group teamed up with some other folks of the same age and ability, and make sure they have fun!
Are Reservations Necessary?
No... If you have a larger group of 10 or more, we'd prefer knowing, but we'll take care of you either way. And if it's a group of less than 10, and you're coming during normal hours - just show up!
Can I sign a waiver for my brother?
No... We must have a waiver signed by the parent or legal guardian of anyone under the age of 18. You can find the waiver on the Waiver Page.
But does it hurt?
No. Well, maybe just a little. A paintball is actually made in the same
machine that makes bath oil beads, or Advil caplets - so it's a relatively
soft shell filled with vegetable oil and food coloring. Shot from a
paintball marker at 260 feet per second, when hit, it will sting for
a second - about like getting snapped with a towel, or with a rubber
band. But with the adrenaline, and excitement, you may not even feel
the hit. That why we have refs to help determine if you are "clean"
or "out". And depending where you get hit, it can leave a
little mark which will go away in a day or so, and by simply wearing
the proper clothing, you can minimize or eliminate this.
What Should I wear?
For example, you must
wear an approved mask that will protect your face, and you may also
opt for gloves, a neck protector, or even full armor. This equipment
is available for rent or sale in our on site pro shop. But many just
choose to layer on a heavy sweatshirt or two. Of course, layering on
a heavy sweatshirt to protect yourself is not that much fun on an 100
degree Texas summer day, but in our air conditioned indoor facility,
you can wear any protection you want, summer or winter and be comfortable.
Will the Paint Wash Out?
Actually, paintballs have no paint in them! They are a gelatin
capsule, much like a bath oil bead, or a big round advil caplet
(about the size of a dime) and the stuff on the inside is mainly
a product called PEG. This is a food grade synthetic oil filler
that you find in tooth paste, visine, and even Dr. Pepper. You
may get a few little grease marks, but since we don't allow outside
paint at our field, you don't have to worry about big Pink, Orange
and Yellow stains like on other fields. All our paint is a non-toxic,
non-staining, no-pigment special formulation for our indoor facility.
